Facility

Our Fabrication Facility on the banks of the Cass River in Vassar, MI may not be the most glamorous facility, but out of it comes some of the finest countertops in the state.  We squeeze the most out of every square foot and operate around the clock to keep up with demand.

The process of converting slabs of Cambria and Granite to countertops involves a great deal of equipment and technology.  Starting with Northwood saw jet and a Park Yukon Bridge saw, slabs are cut to size and shape and staged for introduction to the CNC or Pro-Edge machines which using water and diamond tooling cut and polish the edge profiles and sink cutouts. Final polishing and inspection are then done to ensure the high standards we expect.

But the equipment we have is only part of what it takes to produce a quality top.  It’s our dedicated and talented staff who have a strong work ethic and eye for detail that help to keep our customers confidence and loyalty.
